Turn the World into Your Screen with This Handy Smart Projector
Who needs a smart TV when you have a smartphone? With a touch of ingenuity and innovation, the whole world can become your smart TV.
Introducing the ODIN2 smart projector. This compact device connects via USB to your tablet, phone, or other smart device to project your interface onto any surface. Now, you can make a display out of just about anything.
Much of our entertainment media these days come from internet services like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Without the need of a DVD player or other peripheral device, you can cut out the middle man of the television screen and project media right onto your wall.
With a built-in speaker/microphone and a 1080p display resolution, you can get high quality images without the need of a pricey monitor. The LED lights in the ODIN2 have a life of 30,000 hours, or 3.5 years of continuous use.
Like a standard projector, you control how small or large your screen is by pulling the projector away or moving it closer to your display surface.
The ODIN2 has a touchscreen to make using it feel more like you would normally control your smart device. On top of that, ODIN2 runs Android 6.0, with a Quad-core ARM Cortex-A17 and a 1.8GHz chip with 2GB DDR RAM.
THE ODIN2 also has a headphone port for discrete listening and an SD slot ao you can access files without an external device.
Its built-in camera and microphone, along with its optional tripod, make it less of a peripheral and more of an extension of your smart device.
The ODIN2 is available on Kickstarter for $525!
