The Cole-Bar – A Multi-function Hammer
If you work in any construction type profession, you may want to consider picking up a Cole-Bar hammer, a cleverly designed crowbar and hammer in one, invented by Lance Hyde. Unlock the patented gear system to open the hammer up to 180 degrees where it becomes a full length crowbar with much better leverage, allowing you to remove just about any nail or screw and do things that a normal hammer just can’t.
At 90 degrees, it also triples as a perfect square, with a ruler allowing you to measure any angle between 0 and 90 degrees. The Cole-Bar is currently still under development, but with the help of backer’s from Kickstarter, it will hit the market very soon.
