You’re Going To Want One Of These Converted Wood Stoves
Alex Dodson of Burned by Design kind of has a thing for artistic wood stoves. Better yet, he’s helping our planet by recycling old propane tanks. He has turned himself into something of a specialist when it comes to making converted wood stoves with a sci-fi and fantasy theme.
How did he get his start? Quite simply. In his own words: “Since the dawn of Lego I’ve been into making stuff… I’m currently a technology teacher at a secondary school tasked with inspiring the next generation of designers.” He starts off with discarded propane tanks, then creates a patterned template, gets out his welder and grinder, and creates handmade and unique wood stoves that stand out.
