Coming in ‘Summer 2012’ is the latest of Lenovo’s X1 family, the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, bringing serious competition to the Ultrabook market. Partially made of carbon figer materials, the X1 is a robust and lightweight notebook. At less than 3 pounds, it is the thinnest and lightest 14″ Ultrabook in the world. Notable features are the 1600 x 900 display, the embedded 3G connectivity, the Ivy Bridge processor and the rapidcharge technology which brings your battery up to 80-percent strength in just 35 minutes.
